The PRIDE Maven repository

Using the repository:

All recent version of PRIDE already use this repository by default.
On older versions, you can make use of this new repository by simply updating the project.properties files in both PRIDE and PRIDE_web, replacing http://genesis.UGent.be/maven with http://pride-proteome.sourceforge.net/maven_1 (note the '_1'!)).

Some general remarks about the repository:

• The PRIDE Maven repository is a Maven version 1 repository.
• You can access it via SCP for updates and additions if you have the proper access privileges at: pride-proteome.sourceforge.net, then navigate to /home/groups/p/pr/pride-proteome/htdocs/maven_1.
  Please take note that group read/write access should always be given to the files and folders you add or update.
